Delivery & Returns
UK DELIVERIES
FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders over £50. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £50 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.
No discount code is required to activate free delivery but please note this offer is restricted to private customers and cannot be applied to any wholesale orders.
Due to the handmade nature of each item we ship UK orders within 1-2 weeks after an order is placed. All orders will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
Wholesale or high value orders will be sent with either Parcelforce or USP on either a 48hr or overnight service. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your order urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your concrete homeware when it arrives but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@featheredoak.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your concrete homeware is properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.
